Common Return Reasons & Solutions
Late delivery
If your order arrives later than the promised delivery timeframe (21 days), you may request a $8 compensation refund.
Defects or quality issues
If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality problem, we will send you a free replacement pair at no extra cost.
Wrong size or color ordered
You may return or exchange the item.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Changed your mind
If you no longer want the item, you may return or exchange it.
Return shipping costs apply.
Wrong or missing item received
If you received an incorrect or incomplete order:
- We cover the return shipping cost, or
- We send a free replacement immediately
Package damaged on arrival
If your package arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Incorrect shipping address provided
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If changes are needed, contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Other issues
If your situation is not listed above, contact us directly and we will gladly assist you.
How to Return Your Order
If you wish to return all or part of your order, follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact us

Within 30 days of delivery, include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
Step 2 — Approval & return address
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
If we do not receive a response within 14 days after approval, the return request may be canceled.
Step 3 — Prepare your package
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and contents.
Step 4 — Ship the return
Send the package to the provided address and share the tracking number with us.
Step 5 — Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned:
- Pre-order items
- Used or worn products
- Products not in original condition
Discount & promotional orders
Items purchased during special promotions (including Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers) may be returned with a maximum of 3 items per order.
This helps us manage inventory and continue offering competitive promotions.
Damaged Products During Transit
If your product arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos showing the defect and shipping label
- Email photos within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number and description
We will send a free replacement.
If a second defect occurs, you may choose a full refund.
Important Notes
- All returns require prior approval
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault
- Refunds are issued only after inspection
